Happy New Year Believers!

As we step into the new year, we want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible strides we made together in 2024 and look forward to the exciting opportunities 2025 holds for our foundation and the communities we serve.  This past September we lost Torey, Jacquie’s father, to cancer. He was co-founder of the foundation and was extremely devoted to supporting patients and their families, raising awareness and searching for a cure. His mission was to honor Jacquie’s Legacy. While this year is marked by profound challenges and difficult moments, we are entering the new year honoring both Torey and Jacquie.

Looking Back on 2024:

This past year has been one of incredible growth for us, and we truly couldn’t have come this far without the heartfelt support of everyone who’s believed in our mission. Because of your kindness and commitment, we’ve been able to:

Supporting Cancer Research and Patients

  • We were able to make a significant contribution to cancer research by donating $30,000 to the Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center. These funds are helping to advance critical research and treatment options, offering hope for so many affected by cancer.-An excess of $82,000 was given towards direct patient support whether it was helping with medical bill payments, gift cards or checks written out to families to help lessen the load during this journey.

Host Fundraising Events

  • Our team hosted a number of fundraising events such as: Ride for Roswell, Clinic for a Cure, Dancers Give Back, Dodge-A-Ball and our annual Tinker Ball these are events that bring our community together and raised vital funds to support patients in need. Every dollar raised went directly to providing patient support.

Holiday Giving for Inpatient Families

  • In the spirit of the holidays, we were able to gift $40,500 to inpatient families at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center. This past December each family was able to receive $300 in Target and Wegmans gift cards to ease some the burdens they face during this challenging time.

Expanding Our Reach

  • Thanks to your continued support, we’ve been able to reach more individuals than ever before, offering our services to those who needed help and care. Whether it was through our support programs or direct assistance, we’ve been able to make a tangible difference in more lives this year.
  • Each accomplishment is a testament to the work dedicated to reaching our goal of one day finding a cure. While we celebrate these accomplishments, we know the work is far from done.

Looking Ahead to 2025:

As we set our sights on 2025, we are renewed with optimism. This year we are determined to:

-Continue to reach more individuals and their families undergoing cancer treatments

-Remind people to register to donate Bone Marrow, as it has the potential to have a tremendous impact on patients’ road to recovery

-Continue raise awareness for A.L.L and advocate for more research. We need a world without cancer.

 

As we look ahead to 2025, we are filled with hope and renewed determination. With your continued support, we will expand our reach, raise awareness, and provide more support to those battling cancer.
