The Tinker Ball was a huge success.  Our “Roaring 20’s” Theme was a hit, with most of the guests dressing in clothing and hairstyles from the 1920s.  As always, the decorations, baskets and silent auction items were amazing.  The dancers from Mary Alice’s Dance Studio entertained us with a great Charleston dance routine and we viewed a video about the foundation’s achievements in the past year.  A wonderful time was had by all.

The Foundation presented a check for $15,000 to Roswell Park for The Jacquie Hirsch Leukemia Research Fund.  These funds will be used to continue research into why patients relapse after bone marrow transplants and what can be done to prevent this from happening.

We’ll have a lot of photos of everyone at the Ball coming soon, and save the date for next year’s Tinker Ball which will be held on July 31, 2020.  Stay tuned for our theme!
