Sweet Pea: Well, it’s 4 am & it’s my shift for “Angel Duty”. That’s what I call sitting next to your bed, holding your hand (so that you know your’re not alone), watching all your monitors & lights, praying for a miracle. Your mom is in her chair getting some much needed sleep & I just finished reading you all the messages that came through this website today, & half way through you got the hiccups! I think you were telling me that you heard what everyone said. How much they all (even those who have never met you) love you, believe in you, & believe that you will beat this. I told one of your doctors today, that he has no idea what kind of strength and determination you have–& if he didn’t believe me he should go look in the waiting room to see all the love & support you have behind you! (All day the waiting room was full of Jacquie’s closest friends, & family, just coming in to be “close” to her, sending her their love & strength!) Jax, it was such an honor, to meet some of your biggest fans! I know that you’re so tired of fighting & you may be running out of energy. Take this time to rest your spirit.
