HEYYYY THERE FRIEND!!! Happy Day 7!!!! 7 is supposed to be a “lucky” number, so here’s hoping Day 7 proves to be a good day!So this morning I woke up cranky… I don’t know why, just one of those “woke up on the wrong side of the bed” days. And so I was walking around being my cranky little self, then I suddenly remembered you, and how little sleep you get, and everything that you are put through day after day, and how you have yet to really take it out on the ones you love that are around you. And I thought of you and I took a deep breath and I decided, I have no reason to be cranky, so I better knock it off! And now I am not cranky, and I am grateful for the day, and for everything around me.See how much you help us by just being you? By just being you, you have helped me (among numerous numerous other things) to appreciate life as much as I can, and to appreciate my loved ones as much and as often as I can. What is a better gift than that? Your friendship is just the gift that keeps on giving! You honestly have no idea how much you help ALL OF US out here, every single day. Simply by knowing you, you have made my life happier, more full of love, and all around better.Keep being you. Keep being the FIGHTER the WARRIOR we know you are! and as ALLways… KEEP BELIEVING! I know I will!!I love you!In my heart and on my mind ALLways!Believing every second of everyday! <3 delisha <3
Jacquie,Sharon,Torey and TJ, Keep pushing forward one moment at a time. Rooting you on, always, and always believing in all good things and dreams!! Sara and family
Hey Jacquie That journey song “Don’t Stop Believing” came on the radio this morning on my way to work. I rocked out to it and thought of you the entire time, I am sure I looked ridiculous to the other drivers but who cares :o) Keep smiling, I love you Sandra
GOOOOOOOD MORNING JAX!! Happy day 7!! and you are almost to the weekend!! woooooo wooooo!! Almost a full week has come and gone yes!!! You are a SUPERSTAR!! Laughing, getting exercise, eating alittle and not getting angry in the morning that’s impressive… Morning’s are not my cup of tea! lol! Have a fantastic day!! I love and am believing in you!! STAY STRONG!! xoxoxoxoxoxoxo Ashley
Things that will happen in your future: -You will beat cancer -You will get to go on to your new normal life -You will never again sweat the small stuff which means you will be SO happy all the time -You will continue to inspire thousands of people -Someone will complain to you about how they are “sooo sick” with a cold and you will want to hit them but you’ll just laugh at them because you know better -You will get to raid the drive through windows again -You will dance on the IB risers -All of us, your fans and supporters, your family and YOU are going to PARTAYYYY!! You can and will do this. Waiting is excruciating, lack of sleep is SO ANNOYING, feeling crappy sucks, not eating blows, this whole situation is effing s*itty BUT Wipeout is funny, your family is amazing, your supporters love you and YOU ARE STRONG. Keep going my love and believe in your future and believe in your dreams. Always loving you and believing in you, <3 Sadie
HELLOOOOOOO MY FRIEND!!!!!!!! I don’t know why I always have to start my posts in caps lock, but I do… its like this urge that I can’t control. Maybe its because I miss you so much that I need to shout my greetings out to you or something. Anyway, yay day 6 is pretty much at it’s close.. almost onto day 7… and before it day 10 etc. etc. I know its easy for me sitting here at my computer to say “oh these days will come before you know it”, because I’m not the one living groundhog day, sleeping poorly every night, waiting and waiting and waiting. But I do think that the time will pass quicker than you think… time always has a way of doing that.Today is my Mom’s 60th Birthday! Can you believe it? I cannot believe that my Mom is 60! Geez that sounds so old. I look at her and I know that the age, the numbers, do not match her vitality, her presence, her life. And when I look at her on her 60th birthday, I know that your children will be thinking the same thing of YOU on your 60th birthday! What is a better way to go through life than with the vitality and mind of a younger person (plus, it probably helps you look better too haha). Anyway, she thinks of you all the time, and is ALWAYS asking about you, and she loves you too! So when I run downstairs to tell her you had another “boring” day, I know that will be a great birthday present to her! What a giver you are.. giving me the best birthday gift, and now giving my Mama one as well! Keep on fighting and doing what you have to do. I do not know how you deal with the 4am-12 noon wakeup calls. I am a huge grump in the morning, I literally won’t even speak a word for the first 20 minutes I’m up, so I give you HUGE credit for this. This is yet another thing that I have no idea how you deal with it, or put up with it, in such a patient manner. Every little thing you do amazes me!Okay I’ll let you go. I once again wrote a novel. This is yet another thing I can’t seem to control. Geez whiz, will someone just cut me off already?Niteynite my beautiful, strong, and brave friend. Day 7 awaits you!ALLways BELIEVING,<3 delisha <3IN MY HEART & ON MY MIND ALLWAYS!!!
Jacquie, I do not know you, but I read about you in the Buffalo News today. My daughter suffered from AML and was a “resident” on 5. You are in wonderful care. We will continue to pray for you everyday and you are always in our thoughts! Love, Missy, Mark, Emma, Kate and Amelia
Jax, Something so awesome happened to me the other night when I was reading your update, and I have to share it with you! At no particular point in the update, I felt this aura, and swear that someone told me that it was okay, that you would would be okay, and I should not worry and I instantly became relieved even though I completely understand the severity of the situation. Keep fighting Jax, I’m pretty sure that you should start hearing all of the voices that are saying prayers for you at anytime now due to the fact that there are thousands who know your story:) I’m glad the days are good, but its about time that you had an AMAZING day. God bless, and, as always, keep Believing! ~Casey
Hi Jacquie and Sharon, Certainly your moments are tougher than I can even begin to imagine- but one thing I know is that you are still so very strong and you have been doing this and you can keep on doing all that you are and you will get to your goals no matter how big or small the goals are. Keep fighting on your way and I wish you some rest and smiles! Love, Sara

GOOD MORNING MY FRIEND!!! DAY 5 WOOO WOOOO!!!! This waiting game stinks I’m sure…I can’t imagine how anxious you must get. Try not to let it get you down try and enjoy the time! Because as soon as you are better we have a HUGE list of things to do…like going to Sanibel Island to eat a 1lb burger at Cheeburger Cheeburger!!! I love you Jax and I know you are hearing it alot but you truly do have an army of people behind you praying and believing in you!! Keep on fighting you are a champ!! Im a BELIEVER!! xoxo Ashley
hey jax, im going to bed, and i just made my away message “second star to the right and straight on till morning” and i couldnt help but think about you. im still believing and i cant wait to see you again soon, cause i know that it will be soon when i get to see you again. i love you jax. allll my love and thoughts, steph
Hello friend 🙂 Just writing my daily hello! Day 4!!!! I know the waiting must be excruciating and I cannot even imagine what you and your family are feeling but keep believing that those counts will go up. And keep having faith that day 30 is going to be one amazing day. I know it seems like so long to wait but just think you are only 4 episodes of Wipeout away from finding out that your new cells won, and if Family Guy is on 3 times a day but 5 times on Mondays and Thursdays then you are 92 episodes of Family Guy away from finding out you’ve kicked Leukemia’s butt. (Okay that seems like a lot but it’s only because Family Guy is on like all the time!!) Day thirty will come and with it bring the news that you have been praying for and Believing in. You deserve the best possible news on that day. You are such a fighter and you are SO strong. I’m so lucky to know you and even luckier to be your friend. Keep going and keep Believing. We all believe 100% that you will win this. Thinking of you and loving you always, <3 Sadie
Hello my beautiful girl!!!!! Keep staying strong. I can’t imagine how tedious & frustrating this whole process must be… but each tedious, frustrating, and (hopefully) boring day is getting you that much closer to your goal!!!! One day closer to being totally cancer free forever! One day closer to eating whatever you want, wherever you want, WHENEVER you want! One day closer to giving hugs & kisses to every person on the street! One day closer to going out with your friends, drinking as much as you want, and waking up the next morning saying “ughhhhhh def didn’t need that last shot… or 3!” One day closer to doing whatever the heck your little heart pleases.I miss you so much. Keep hanging in there. Each time the sun rises is another chance you get to FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT!!!! Show that cancer who’s boss — take no prisoners! IN MY HEART & ON MY MIND EVERY SECOND OF EVERYDAY! WE BELIEVEI love you!!!!<3 delisha <3
HEYYYYYYYYY JAX (incase you couldn’t tell that was me impersonating Lagre and Ashley’s voice mail messages) I just wanted to say hello, and let you know as always that I love you and am thinking about you. Keep facing each day with the determination you showed the last and before you know it day 100 will be here and this time when we go shopping lets go places we can actually afford to buy stuff. AKA not the 9th floor of Barney’s :o)
so glad to hear that you are doing well and there have been no complications! i hope that you will be up for a visit soon from us crazy cousins! i love you and am praying always, cousin angela
Life Partner, Just got back to Rochester from out of town and got caught up on all of your updates… I’m sooo proud of you!!! Keep up the amazing work!!Loving, hoping, wishing, and believing :)-MA
love you jac. each day it will get a little easier, you’ll get a little stronger, and your time having this awful cancer gets a little shorter =) have a wonderful day.. keep smiling, keeep doin it<3 -sammie
Jacquie, I am counting every day on your amazing road to success with you and your wonderfful family. I can’t wait to be there the day you walk out of Roswell totally healthy and smiling forever. There is nothing you will face the rest of your life that you won’t be able to handle. Not many people are able to say that. Of course nobody I know has the courage and strength of Jacquie Hirsch. Jim
Hey You big 4 + day old on the 4th…I am so envious of all your strength and determination – you are by far the coolest, hottest 4 year old i’ve ever met! I love you, keep on keepin on…think postitive thoughts and positive results will be with you. your dancing partner in crime, Nicki
Hi lady!!! I hope your weekend went well and that you got to smile and laugh and eat alittle and take a few laps!!! I love you so much!! Keep fighting Miss. Hirsch!! You are amazing!! xoxoxoxoxox Ashley
Hi Jacquie, Hope this finds you feeling better! Has anyone told you about the updated version of Websters Dictionary? Well check this out! Under the word STRENGTH the definition reads simply: JACQUIE HIRSCH ! Keep moving forward Jax, we are all right their with you! Clapping Praying BELIEVING Missy
Hello lovely!! Guess what?? Your birthday present finally came in the mail yesterday!! It only took them two months to ship it. haha – Oh well it’s from ACS’s Hope Shop and the proceeds go to ACS so I can’t complain! Anyways I’ll send it out tomorrow and we can call it a “Congratulations on the adoption of the new cells that are going to kick the leukemia cells out of your body” present.Day 3!! I hope it was a good one!! I know that Alicia would think it was SUCH an awesome present if you had a great day on her birthday!! And I just hope you did. I’m of course thinking of you constantly. You are always on my mind – literally and whenever there’s a quiet moment I say a prayer for you and the whole amazing Hirsch family. I know day 30 seems so far away but keep BELIEVING in these next 27 days that it will bring great news. Keep having faith because I just know day 30 is going to be amazing. I love you lots and hope I get to see you soon! I’m always up for a visit if you are! Love you lots and thinking of you always. <3 Sades
Jacquie – I’ve been trying to think of exactly what to write you for way too long now. I was hesistant because all I have is a picture of you sitting on my bed, pretending to play my guitar with this huge grin on your face (It’s actually a pretty funny picture!), taken probably sometime when we were both in high school (it’s dated 10/05/1999…but I wasn’t sure if you would remember me or not. So I finally decided that it probably doesn’t matter – if anything, it might cheer you up to know that someone remembers you from all the way on the other side of the U.S.! 🙂 I want you to know that even though we were never close friends (I’ll blame that on the 2,000 mile distance!), I was very saddened to hear of everything you’ve been battling so hard to fight against and I wear my Jacquie for ALL purple band every day in the hope that you can soon beat this.
Jacquie, Congrats on your new transplant!!! I just wanted to wish you luck on your journey to recovery..This one is going to work and you are going to do great!! Keep up the good work!
Congratulations on your transplant and day #3! I am so proud of you and your strength. And I’m looking forward to more good news in the days to follow… :o)

Keep facing each day with the determination you showed the last and before you know it day 100 will be here and this time when we go shopping lets go places we can actually afford to buy stuff. AKA not the 9th floor of Barney’s :o)
