Hey Jax! My internet is working again..yah! I hate not being able to read your updates daily and leave you messages. I’m so glad you had a really good today! That’s great to hear. I was watching Good Morning America and Live with Regis and Kelly this morning and both shows make me think about you…they always show a view of nyc that morning…when it’s a beautiful sunny day i know that means that you’ll have a good day walking on the terrace. I wish more than anything that I could be there and walk on the terrace with you…I hope you know that I’m always with you in spirit though! Anyhow, I’m so excited it’s almost day 50!!! You’re almost home! I read a quote today and I thought of you…”Every obstable presents an opportunity to improve our condition.” You’re halfway thru this obstacle, and although it’s something most of us can’t even imagine, you WILL come out of this the strongest person that any of us will ever know! I want so badly to do something to help you thru this obstacle. If there’s anything at all, please let me know. I love you so much! Good luck tomorrow at Sloan. It’ll probably be a long, tiring day but just be so proud of yourself that you’ve already made it halfway!!! It’s a huge accomplishment and we’re all so proud of your strength and determination! You’ll be home before you know it! Good luck tomorrow…Congratulations on day 50…Keep believing in yourself and remember that we’re all there with you in spirit!!! I love you Jax! ~XOXOXO~

Good morning my wonderful friend, happy day 49!! Day 50 is only one link away, look at how awesome you are doing! I am so proud of you for attending those support groups, I know how hard it is for many people to acknowledge that they should talk to people about their feelings and things that are going on in their lives. So I think that you attending support groups is a wonderful sign of how well you actually are doing mentally & emotionally! So good for you! I can’t wait until you have enough stamina to start boxing, maybe I’ll pick it up with you, we can get really good right hooks & then no one will ever mess with us again!! Haha but in all seriousness, you are doing so well. I know everyone tells you that everyday, but its true. Even if there is a day where all you do is stomp your feet, pound your fists, and cry or yell, you are still doing amazing because guess what, you are still fighting & still believing!! So keep it up, each day is another one to check off the list. I love you so much, it was so good to talk to you last night. Keep it up!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!!WE ALL BELIEVE, EACH DAY, EVERY DAY, WE HAVE UNDYING, UNFALTERING, COMPLETE & UTTER FAITH & BELIEF IN YOU!!!!!!I love you so much. In the words of your mom, you truly are awesome!!!<3 delisha <3

Jacquie and Sharon,You both inspire me more than you could even imagine. Your updates everyday remind me what is important in life and to be thankful for every day. Jacquie, you are one of the strongest people I know. You have fought through this like a champion. You are almost 1/2 way there! Sharon, you have been the best support system that Jacquie could have ever asked for. Your updates every day are wonderful.I think of you both daily. I know that you are doing amazing, keeping positive and continuing to fight. I will for sure be walking with you in mind at Relay on Saturday night. I miss you both and I will continue to believe <3

Hi!! Although I know you both would rather be home and having a view of Clarence Center…Hope Lodge does look nice and comfortable. The terrace and the views you have of the Empire state building are neat…enjoy those city lights while you walk the terrace. Glad the appointments went well yesterday. Continue to stay strong, take care of you and keep moving forward. Your chain surely must be looking shorter!! Love and hugs to your mom. Sara

You are the only one who got her through the diving experience , you always made her laugh. She is almost done with her 1st year at Geneseo hard to believe. Tell your mom I bring balloons to meets and always think of her. Spring is coming soon and so is your homecoming. We are counting down with you. Keep up the faith. Thinking of both of you. My Jacquie… I think of you constantly every day. I wonder how you are doing & what can I do to make it easier for you. I would give anything to take your place. It’s wonderful that Uncle David can visit with you. I’m sending my laptop down with TJ for you and a couple of DVDs – Monsters Inc. & The Incredibles. Two of my favorite movies. Actually the only DVDs I’ve got. I really have so much to talk with you about, but I guess it will have to wait until you are home and can have visitors. That day is getting closer and closer. Bear sends his love. Looks like spring finally broke open here. The days are getting longer and the snow piles getting smaller. Actually they aren’t snow piles any more, they are more like “dirty crystal” piles. I’m glad to hear that you are taking more control over your recovery. That’s a good thing for both you and your mom. I know from experience that your mom is not a nag, so that was never an issue between you two! I guess now you guys know how the astronautes feel after being on the space station for a few months together. Soon, Jax, soon. You’re just about to the half way point, then it’s down hill from there. Look how far you’ve come! I’m so proud of you. All of you. I love you very much. Give your mom a big hug for me. All my love…Aunt Deee

Jax and Sharon–We’re back from Florida and we brought the sun with us. It has been beautiful here with wonderful red sunsets. There was a wind storm here in January and took down 2 sixty foot pine trees around our house. So we have been taking advantage of the nice weather and cleaning up the mess of the pine branches. Our neighbor hired someone to cut the trees up and the town hauled them away. There are craters left in our lawn, but the spring air makes it all feel okay. I hope your weather in NewYork is as wonderful as it is here. The buds are coming out with a promise of the new life to come. Keep working hard and let your new life begin with miracles lurking around the corner. You and your Mom inspire everyone on this website. We all love you both. Donna
